How to arrange plumbing in the bathroom. Arrangement of furniture in the bathroom

Strict arrangement of furniture in the bathroom

Content:

In order for the arrangement of furniture in the bathroom to be done correctly, it is necessary to prepare carefully and in great detail. After acquisition ready kit fittings for the bathroom, you need to think about how this or that element will look in the place intended for it. You may have to correct something, make changes, or abandon certain furniture components. Remember that furniture should not only look harmonious and aesthetically attractive, but also be comfortable and functional.

Designers with extensive experience recommend sketching out a layout of the future layout of the room in order to visualize the plans you have outlined. Such a drawing will allow you to visually assess whether the furniture you have chosen will fit in well and how best to arrange it. This method is also convenient because you can make several drawings at the same time, and then choose the most optimal or successful one from them, as you think.

Advice! Not only the aesthetic component of the arrangement of furniture in the bathroom is important, because it should be easy and simple to get close to each piece of furniture, use one or another item. In addition, the cleaning process should not be complicated by the specific arrangement of furniture, because cleanliness in the bathroom is important.

It is best to seek help from a specialist, especially if your bathroom does not have a large area. The fact is that it is much more difficult to equip a small bathroom than a large one. On such a limited area, it is necessary to arrange a beautiful, ergonomic and comfortable bathroom for each of the family members - and this is a task for an experienced master.

small bathroom layout

Thinking about how to arrange it, you should think about something else - do you really need massive cabinets, heavy cabinets with a worktop made of natural stone, and huge showers with a lot of functions and nozzles? Agree, the room cannot look attractive if it is filled to capacity with even the most expensive furniture, because it will be unpleasant and uncomfortable to be there even for a couple of minutes. That is why you should thoroughly think over the pieces of furniture that you really need to purchase.

Competently arrange the interior even the most small room it is possible if at the initial stages preference is given to built-in, corner and compact designs, since they significantly reduce the consumption of precious space. We also recommend experimenting with places to place shelves: doors, space above the sink, the farthest corners - all this is ideal for the location of storage systems.

Optimal arrangement of furniture in the bathroom

Among other things, do not forget that under the bath there is also a large number of free area. It can be protected by a special panel with a large number of drawers– what is the wrong use of empty space?

Do not forget about the newfangled transforming furniture, which, with a few gestures, can be folded, unfolded, become larger or smaller, transform from one object to another. Usually a mirror is also a closet, and a soft pouffe is a pantry of small knick-knacks.

Use of usable space for storing bath accessories

The bathroom is a very specific room where the air temperature can fluctuate from very low to very high. The same applies to humidity, because periodically the level of water in the air can simply go off scale.

That is why the materials used for the manufacture of bathroom furniture are subject to special requirements for moisture, heat and wear resistance. In addition, in order for the premises to serve you faithfully throughout for long years, you need to know how to arrange the furniture in the bathroom in order to achieve an organic appearance combined with ease of use.

Let's try to figure out exactly how to do this, adhering to the basic advice of professionals.

The first and basic rule of space planning is the location of storage items away from water sources - a shower, sink, bath. Of course, if you are a happy owner of a spacious bathroom, it will not be difficult to follow this rule, because at the very first stages the room can be divided into hygienic and furniture zones.

However, things become much more difficult when you are limited in space, because how can you get out of this situation? Corner cabinets, as well as pencil cases, will come to the rescue, because they can be placed in the corner opposite the location of the bathroom.

Such structures take up quite a bit of space, while, if everything is properly arranged, they allow you to protect yourself and the things placed inside from the negative effects of moisture.

Advice! Do not purchase a headset that fits snugly to the floor around the entire perimeter. It is best to opt for furniture with small legs, because in this case you will not only protect the structure from premature damage, but also greatly facilitate the cleaning process.

This design of the bathroom avoids the regular movement of furniture elements in order to clean and clean certain places. In addition, in no case should you fasten anything close to the sink, bathtub, or wall panels, there should always be at least a small gap for ventilation.

It is necessary so that constant exposure to moisture on the base material does not shorten the life of your furniture. The fact is that without an air gap, even the most moisture-resistant coatings lose their beneficial features and become vulnerable.

A smart step - installing drawers under the washbasin

Also take care of the correct location of the hooks and shelves for bathrobes and towels. After all, if you place them too close to the bathroom or shower, in the process of taking hygiene procedures, the fabric will simply get wet, and there will be no point in it at all. In most cases, these elements are placed on the bathroom door, as it is very convenient and affordable.

You must understand that harmoniously arranged furniture is not only beautiful, but also is the true destiny of a safe stay in the room. Curbstones, shelves and cabinets should in no way become provocateurs of injuries and bruises. All sharp corners must be directed towards the wall. Hanging cabinets should be located at the optimum height so that you do not have to beat your head against them from time to time. In addition, one should pay Special attention fixtures, because a poorly fixed cabinet or shelf can cause significant damage to human health and life.

Luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi

Remember that the right approach to arranging furniture in the bathroom will allow you to correctly and competently divide it into zones. The fact is that the simplest bedside table, installed in the right place, can play a protective role, while creating two rooms that are completely different in terms of functionality.

Among other things, the convenience of using the room depends on the correct location of the various shelves and cabinets, remember this.

Bathroom renovations are always associated with high financial costs, which seriously undermine the family budget. The high cost of finishing is explained by the difficult microclimate of this room, which requires the use of special expensive materials, as well as the high complexity installation work for sanitary equipment.

When money and effort are running out, wanting to save money, many homeowners are wondering how to install a bath with their own hands. In this article, we will tell you how to properly prepare the bathroom for installation and install the wash basin yourself.

Requirements for the premises

Before you start installing plumbing equipment, you need to carefully prepare the room for work. From the quality of performance preparatory work depends on the correct installation and operation of the bath. By the time a new wash container is delivered, the bathroom should be in the following condition:

Note! In the process of repairing a bathroom, it is important to follow the correct sequence of technological operations. Installation is carried out exclusively on a leveled and tiled floor. But wall decoration should be dealt with only after connecting plumbing equipment, so that there is a minimum gap between the wall and the washing container.

Installation methods

Do-it-yourself bath installation is a responsible process of setting it to the required height and connecting the washing tank to the sewer and plumbing system. Installation can be done different ways, depending on the size, shape and weight of the equipment. Experienced craftsmen recommend using the following methods:

Please note that the right way to install the bath prolongs the life of the product, ensures comfort and safety when using it. In addition, by performing installation, you can improve the performance of the model by reducing the noise and thermal conductivity of the walls using an insulating material.

Installation sequence

The process of installing a bathtub consists of several stages: bringing the device into the room, connecting it to sewer system, fixing the legs, setting the bowl according to building level, as well as connections with plumbing system. The complexity of the task lies in the large weight of the washing container, so it is quite difficult to complete the installation alone. Install the bath in the following order:

Important! Optimal Height the side of the bath, recommended by SNiP, is 60-65 cm, since the installation of a washing tank at this level causes less injury and inconvenience. And the minimum distance from the floor to the bottom of the bowl, sufficient to connect a siphon with an overflow, is 10-15 cm.

Checking and sealing the joint

Do-it-yourself bath installation ends with checking the functioning of the system. To do this, turn on the water supply, open the taps and observe the operation of the drain. All connections must be tight, and water must quickly enter the drain, leaving the tank on its own. If everything works, then before using the device, it remains only to seal the joint between the bathroom and the wall. This is done as follows:

When installing steel models, you can process the bottom or walls from the outside mounting foam or paste over with vibroisol to reduce the resonating ability, thermal conductivity of the material.

Specialization: master of internal and outdoor decoration(plaster, putty, tile, drywall, lining, laminate and so on). In addition, plumbing, heating, electrical, conventional cladding and balcony extensions. That is, repairs in an apartment or house were done on a turnkey basis with all necessary types works.

Installation or complete replacement of plumbing in the bathroom and toilet is also associated with other works, without which such a “gesheft” loses its meaning. The thing is that for a complete renovation you will also have to replace the decoration of the walls, ceiling and floor, and only in this case you will feel all the charm of novelty.

I want to tell you how to make such changes with your own hands and suggest watching the video in this article.

Plumbing in the bathroom

Since the topic was announced specifically for plumbing, I will first of all point out its installation and placement. We will talk about decoration and design only in in general terms, although this is also part of the arrangement of the bathroom.

Criterion number 1 - preparation and calculation

If you are interested in replacing plumbing in the bathroom and toilet, then the old bathrooms are at least 5-10 years old, and this also applies to wiring and finishing:

  • of course, it all starts with the dismantling of old bathrooms - a sink, a toilet bowl, which must not only be removed, but also taken out of the apartment so that they do not interfere with work;
  • then we proceed to the dismantling of the old tiles, which, by the way, can be removed together with the plaster or separately - as you wish;
  • bringing down old tiles and plaster, you get access to the old plumbing and sewerage, and if it was done exactly hidden, then consider yourself lucky;
  • the fact is that in this case you can simply tear the pipes out of the strobe, freeing the groove, therefore, you do not have to cut and hammer new ones;
  • the fact is that for most people, cutting a new strobe is tantamount to beating plaster - no less dust;
  • but about the old wiring of water supply and sewerage, someone can be stingy, wanting to leave them, but I do not advise doing this;
  • if they were made 10 years ago, then most likely a metal-plastic was used, and it should be replaced with polypropylene, and pvc price sewerage compared to repair is a penny;
  • when you clean the wall and renew the strobes and clean the room, open it with a primer - firstly, it is necessary for plastering and, secondly, there will be less dust;
  • if your walls were finished with drywall, then this greatly simplifies the situation - the profiles, of course, will have to be broken, but there will be much less dust.

I will not even talk about bathrooms in the private sector or in luxury homes - their size allows you to work wonders. Let's focus better on small bathrooms:

  • for example, in "Khrushchev" or "Brezhnevka" bathrooms have 3-4m 2, and placing beautiful plumbing on such a territory is a real art;
  • right now you will need to decide on the placement, since the arrangement depends entirely on the distribution of water supply and sewerage;

1 — Entrance door; 2 - toilet; 3 - sink; 4 - shower cabin; 5 - washing machine

  • here is an example of the placement of plumbing units in Khrushchev - as you can see, the bathroom was donated, replacing it with a booth, but there was a place for a washing machine;
  • in some cases separate bathroom they combine intentionally in order to somehow increase the area, and this really gives some freedom of action;

Location in the bath for five squares: 1 door; 2 - toilet; 3 - washing machine;

  • of course, in some houses, for example, in type P-44, the baths are slightly larger and here, naturally, the possibilities increase;
  • in such situations, you can even install an automatic washing machine in the bathroom, but the bathtub should still be left in place. There is an opportunity to make some movements of the sink and toilet bowl, everything is at your discretion;
  • and one more thing - arrange all the nodes so that you can observe the slope of the sewer (this will be the 50th pipe) 2.5-3.5 cm / m linear.

The only node where the slope is not required is the washing machine - there is a forced drain.

Criterion number 2 - piping layout

I have already said that it is very important to hide the entire pipeline under the finish. Moreover, it is desirable that these were not boxes, but simply a flat wall or floor, especially if you are interested in built-in plumbing.

Of course, if you have a “panel”, that is, “brezhnevka” or P-44, then you are unlikely to plaster and, most likely, level the walls with drywall. Therefore, all pipelines can be hidden under the bottom without gating.

But this is not the point here - you definitely need to set each fitting and outlet so that the nozzles, nuts and couplings of the bathrooms exactly match them. That is why I spoke about the exact calculation.

I have already mentioned the slope of the sewer, so imagine that you want to install a bath, box or shower somewhere at the end of the chain, that is, at a great distance from the entry point of the 50th pipe into the riser. We need a slope of 2.5-3.5 cm / m linear, which means that with each meter the pipe will rise by about 3 cm, as required by the instructions.

Have you been able to calculate if it will fit at a sufficient height to the siphon of any of these nodes? This is a very common and rather serious mistake of amateurs - then they reduce the slope, as a result of which frequent blockages occur and the drain turns out to be very slow.

If you will definitely make the sewer from PVC, then the plumbing may already be in question. Most likely, it will be polypropylene, and it comes in four types.

So, two of them do not have reinforcement, these are PPR PN-10 and PN-16, and two are reinforced aluminum foil, these are PPR PN-20 and PN-25. The first two options are for cold water only, and the second two are for any.

I advise you to use reinforced pipes for plumbing for both cold water and hot water, but PN-20 is best, since welding PN-25 will require a stripper - the reinforcement is located too close to the top.

PPR welding parameters

Most likely, you will use a 20th pipe, in a pinch - 25th, which equates to metal, like 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch. And the passage of water should be provided freely in them. Therefore, pay attention to the table above, and you will understand how to properly weld so that the burr (influx) does not block the passage or the connection is not weak.

In order for the connection to be as compact as possible, you can learn one fairly simple thing - for faucets, you should use fittings with internal thread, and for connecting hoses - from the outside.

Also, since PPR plumbing is inherently easy, don't get complacent. Mistakes in the angle of rotation of the fitting can lead to the fact that you will not install the faucet or it will leak, which is also no good. And given the fact that the distance between the centers of the fittings should be exactly 150 mm, it is best for you to use a solder bar with ready-made standard parameters.

And one more note on how to conduct plumbing, whether you have drywall or plaster - do not immediately solder the fittings, even the solder bar under the mixer! Make conclusions with pieces of pipes and weld them with plugs.

And after finishing, solder the fittings so that they are later flush with the front finish, for example, with ceramic tiles. If it is under the tile, then they will need to be pushed out by about 6-10 mm beyond the level of the plaster - it all depends on the thickness of the tile and the adhesive layer.

Criterion number 3 - electrical wiring

Good lighting is half the success of a successful interior

Even the most beautiful plumbing will not look "one hundred percent" if the bathroom does not have good lighting. And the point here is not only in brightness, but in the location of the fixtures.

Of course, it is best if the light in the room falls from two sides - from above and from the side, that is, if you have ceiling and Wall lights. And it is desirable that one of them is not too bright, as shiny ceramics will be unpleasantly reflected in the eyes. Therefore, nai the best option there will be spotlights on the ceiling (recessed or overhead) and dim sconces on the walls, for example, along the edges of the mirror.

More about safety - all electrical appliances that are in the bathroom must be grounded. So, you should foresee this even when wiring.

In addition, the wires themselves must have a sufficient cross section, as they will be closed and cannot be replaced. Therefore, for an electric boiler and a washing machine, it is best to use copper with a cross section of 2-3 mm 2. This, of course, is a lot, but you will be calm that even with poor contact, your wiring will withstand.

Criterion #4 - Smooth and beautifully finished floor, walls and ceiling

For some reason, everyone is used to talking only about lighthouse wall plaster and lighthouse screed, losing sight of the ceiling, but this plane is no less important than the floor and walls. It depends on the quality finish and the overall appearance of the interior.

Of course, if your ceilings are, for example, 260 cm or more, then a suspended structure, and sometimes two tiers, solves all problems. But if the height of the room is two and a half meters, then here you have to work hard.

It is in such standard rooms that a lighthouse ceiling is made - after all, it is not always just puttied, sometimes ceramic tiles are also laid there.

It is not worth talking about the floor and walls for a long time - beacons are installed here without fail, because the installation of plumbing in the bathroom depends on this. It should stand exactly on the floor and relative to the walls.

In addition, some plumbing, such as a toilet, is attached directly to the floor, which requires a hard and even base so that the bathroom does not stagger. Another part of the plumbing is attached to the wall, these are sinks and wall-mounted models of bidets and toilets. Rigidity and evenness are also needed here (in the case of drywall, reinforcing profiles are installed on the frame).

Regardless of the size of the bathroom, ceramic tiles will always look beautiful there, as the material is in perfect harmony with ceramics and metal.

And, as a rule, the question of which plumbing to choose often depends on the color, size and composition of the tile. Or, on the contrary, the selection of tiles is done in accordance with the already purchased plumbing.

Criterion number 5 - plumbing units

First I want to draw your attention to how to choose plumbing good quality and, of course, one of the main criteria is its cost. If we talk about producing countries, then in Europe the best, perhaps, are the Germans and Italians.

Although this does not mean at all that you cannot buy good and even excellent Russian-made products, moreover, they are cheaper. It's all about brands. And I, as a master, also partly depend on it - the habit is too strong.

Of course, such plumbing as in the photo above will be High Quality simply by default, since the kind of money that it costs does not allow marriage in production.

And here is the excellent design of the Khrushchev bath. All plumbing is selected in accordance with the size of the room, dominated bright hues both in decoration and in installed plumbing fixtures. Remember, light shades visually "push" the space.

You should also pay attention to the faucets, without which any bath in our time loses its meaning. They are two-valve, single-lever, overhead, built-in and non-contact. Which one is better - decide for yourself, but ...

In order to choose a good one, you need to not only think about how to clean such metal, but how it will behave in conditions high humidity where it will reside permanently. The best faucets are made from of stainless steel, followed by galvanized steel, then brass, but in no case should you purchase silumin valves!

Laconic single-lever mixer

Also, the quality of mixers is affected by shut-off valves, these are cartridges, ball valves and crane boxes. Single-lever faucets use cartridges and ball valves, but the latter are much more durable, although they are more expensive.

The same can be said about the faucet boxes for two-valve mixers - cheaper ones, these are with a worm rod and a rubber shutter. And more expensive, but also more durable, have a ceramic pair that regulates the water pressure.

Well, dear ones, these are touchless mixers, where you can set the default water temperature (handle on the side). Their quality is usually guaranteed.

Conclusion

If the piping and finishing is done on high level, then installing plumbing in the bathroom with your own hands will give you only pleasure - be sure of this! And if you want to add something, then write your comment about it on this page.

Well, to be honest, no matter what size the bathroom would be, there is always a catastrophic lack of space in it. After all, there you need to manage to place not only the appropriate plumbing, but also great amount much needed things. To deal with success with so much challenging task, the following helpful tips and design tricks will help you take a fresh look at small space bathroom and try to organize it more rationally and reasonably.

1. "Wet" bathroom

Most perfect option for very, very small dimensions of the bathroom. This is the case when the shower is located in an open space, almost above the toilet and washstand, and the drain is in the center of the room. For the organization to such a degree of "wet" planning, a prerequisite is the finishing of all areas with ceramic tiles and the absence wooden furniture, and indeed any storage systems other than waterproof hinged shelves For detergents.

If you do not want to wash all areas of the room and plumbing after every shower, then it is better to hang a waterproof curtain or install a special protective screen. Not only will the flight of water be limited, but with this solution you will not have to undress in another place so as not to wet things. This option is the most inconvenient, but if there is a choice between comfort and the absence of a shower at all, then we can agree to such a “wet” layout.

2. Use installations

The built-in toilet bowl has significant advantages with one condition: if it is possible to allocate 20-30 cm behind it, for installation installation. After all, all communications must be hidden somewhere! But if you manage to carve out such a space, then you will kill several birds with one stone.

Firstly, such a toilet is much more compact than a floor-standing one.
- Secondly, it can be placed as close to the wall as possible.
- Thirdly, the "suspended" model will greatly facilitate cleaning.
- Fourthly, the space behind the toilet, free from the installation of the installation, can be rationally used by placing all kinds of shelves, cabinets, and even for placing a water heater.

3. Installation of a compact shower

As you know, a bathtub is the most bulky element of a bathroom, and if you want to save space, it is better to replace it with a more compact shower. It all depends on your financial capabilities: it will be a stationary shower cabin with a complete set or a simple pallet with a special enclosing screen.

You can make a small curb that rises above the floor, with an organized drain in the center of the allocated area and the usual moisture-resistant curtain.

4. The right choice of washstand

If in a small bathroom you can do just fine without a bidet or a jacuzzi, then you can’t do without a washstand at all. Naturally, when installing in a compact bathroom, you will have to sacrifice the length of the bowl or its width. The modern sanitary ware market provides an unlimited opportunity in the optimal choice of sinks, and you yourself decide which model to choose and what you can sacrifice. Designers advise several options:

- Narrow sink

If you choose this option, you will significantly save usable space. But do not get carried away too much, the width of the sink should not be less than 30-35 cm, otherwise the water splashes will simply splash out.

- Round shell shape

In a small bathroom, a round-shaped sink will look more organic, while they are more practical and convenient for washing.

- Console (suspended) sink

For a small bathroom best option- console (suspended) model with wall mounting. You can also choose a special type of sink, which are designed for installation above washing machine. These two models do not take up much space and do not need an additional cabinet or stands.

5. Practical mixer arrangement

If you have chosen a narrow sink, then the best option for placing the faucet is lateral, not only is it a very stylish touch, but also practical. After all, with its standard placement and with a small width of the sink, when washing, you will constantly hit your head on the mixer.

If you managed to place the sink standard width, and it is located next to the bath (shower), then you can install one universal faucet with long spout, which will allow you to cover both the washbasin and the bath at the same time.

6. Mirror with a secret

A mirror is indispensable in the bathroom, especially if it is tiny. After all, everyone knows the trick of increasing the visual area with the help of mirror surfaces. With it, you can not only visually add space, but also quite realistically organize extra bed to store essentials.

It all depends, first of all, on your desire, as well as on the size of the bathroom and directly on the mirror itself. Can hide behind him a full-fledged locker or organize small shelves on the sides, and you can also purchase a ready-made design you like.

7. Rationally organize storage systems

It is always difficult to maintain order in a small-sized bathroom, because its very modest size will not allow you to create right amount storage spaces. After all, it is necessary to place a rather impressive arsenal of all kinds of brushes, combs, jars and tubes so that they do not interfere, but at the same time they are always within reach and do not create complete visual chaos.

There are many brilliant design tricks, which will help to place all the necessary bath accessories without much difficulty.

Tell me, what is more important for you - a shower or a bath? My colleagues and I decided here that after all, people are all divided into those who love and cannot live without a bath, and those who need nothing more than a shower.

I'm a soul person. But rather from laziness ... I very rarely take a bath with foam ... But I can’t live without a shower - that’s for sure!

And you know what annoys me the most right now in my bathroom? I set the faucet too low. Or rather, I put it right - the faucet spout is exactly 150 mm from the side of the bathroom, but when I take a shower - I AM LOW! I have to bend down to change degrees or water pressure...

And all why? Because she didn’t come to the construction site, didn’t get into the bath and didn’t show the exact location to the builder. And he just read the drawings ... he didn’t deign to call, but if it doesn’t say “call”, then what is the demand :). Now, on all my drawings, there are so many explanations, valuable advice to unfortunate builders that colleagues, looking at them, laugh :).

Why am I all this?

And to the fact that today let's arrange everything in our bathrooms and bathrooms correctly?

Well, if not all, then at least most of it.

So the topic of the day is:

LOCATION CORRECTLY

BATHROOM ACCESSORIES

I've been drawing pictures here all day - I hope you like them :)
Everything in the picture is given in millimeters! And not in meters :) you never know that I'm crazy.

Well, let's start with the bath.

In addition to the bath itself, specifications, which you receive from the seller, you need to place at least:

  • water mixer (faucet)
  • shower head (built-in or hinged)
  • shelves for soap accessories

How to find out the perfect location for everything just for you? To get started, you need to know everythingTECHNICAL PARAMETERS OF THE BATH! You must clearly understand its height, the height of its legs, the location of the water outlet. It is also very important to understand what shape your bath is. since the location of the mixer depends on the shape.

For ordinary proper baths(those simple rectangular shape), we will take as a basis the fact that the tap is located along the axis of the cut of the bath on the right or left .

Or in the center of the bowl itself along the wall to which the bathtub adjoins.

Approximate dimensions from the floor to accommodate the mixer are given in 800-1000 mm.

But it is better to focus on the BATH BOARD - and retreat from it approximately150-200 mm.

To accommodate the shower is considered the norm2100-2400 from floor level. here the height of the lowest point of the bath bowl itself will play an important role. Those if your height is average 170-180 cm,
your bathtub stands on legs 10-15 cm, then a watering can above your head should have free space at least 10 cm.

Example: the bathtub stands on legs 10 cm. My height is 170 cm, which means the minimum possible placement of the top shower head for me is 195 cm. I round up to 2 m. 210 cm above the clean floor - that comfortable minimum for me.

For a bath in which they will take a standing shower, the perfect way find the right height for the faucet, it will be exactly the way that I described above: stand in the bath and see how comfortable it will be for you to turn the faucet handles while taking a shower :).
Separately, I want to say about the shelves - the main thing in them is not to break your HEAD! And that is, there are precedents ... A person raises his head from the sea foam .. and bam .. well, you understand :))

Part 2. SHOWER.

The height of the mixer in the shower is a rather utilitarian thing. The mixer should be at a level convenient for use. I determined this level at approximately90-100 cmfrom a clean floor.

The height of the watering can directly depends on the kit you choose.

If you have everything built-in, then this is one option, if everything is on a "stick" - then the second option.

But try to ensure that the top shower head is not lower than 2 meters on the level of the clean floor.

If you have very high ceiling(well, suddenly you are a happy owner of this), then pay your attention to technical specifications top watering can, which is built into the ceiling!

So that you don’t have a story like this: until the water “flies” to you from above, it will cool down three hundred times :).

Look carefully and ask the experts about extension cords for such watering cans, and explain that you have a ceiling ... as in best houses London and Paris :)

About shelves - I like shelves at eye level in my soul. I don't know about you, but I feel so comfortable. And I noticed that when we start trying on shelves in the shower with customers, we intuitively go to the level of the eyes and chin.

Part 3. Sink.

For some reason, placing accessories near the sink is always a problem...

And for some reason, the biggest problem is the placement of lamps near the mirror and switch sockets.

My friends, before you begin to give valuable instructions to the foreman - you must definitely be sure of choosing your SINK! And, accordingly, all the furniture that will complement it.

Take as a point the original height of your sink and proceed.

Remember that you can not place the outlet in close proximity to the water!

Separately, I will say about the lamps - for their ideal location, it is customary to call the height from the level of the finished floor 150 cm.

I hope now you have one problem

there will definitely be less repairs ...
